  • Patient has the rights to accept or refuse our treatment. 

Patient has got the right to access to treatment irrespective of Caste, Gender, Religion and Nationality.
Patient has got the right to have privacy and confidentiality.
Patient has got the right to request the doctor not to reveal his personal details to others without his / her permission.
Patient has got the right to know the approximate cost of treatment & duration of stay.
Patient has got the right to refuse specialist consultation and investigation at his / her own risk giving it in writing.
Patient has got the right to terminate the treatment with the doctor by giving it in writing.
Right to access his / her clinical records. Right to obtain clinical records (within 72 hrs of written request).
Right to voice their complaints / suggestions.
